Course Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid course, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
Workshop Refunds
Workshop bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop date may be subject to a partial refund based on preparation costs already incurred.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email business@parvathsolutions.com with your enrollment or booking details. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for courses where the certificate of completion has already been issued, or for workshops that have already been conducted.
